Bergtun - holiday house in flam

A holiday house in a unique position overlooking Flam accommodating up to 8 persons. Bergtun is a self catering holiday house that is avaliable for rent on a weekly basis in the summer months from Saturday to Saturday. The house is located within 400m of Flam station/harbour with fantastic views overlooking the fjord and mountains. It is very privately situated with a large garden surrounded by apple orchards. When rented out on a weekly basis the price includes a boat with a 5hp outboard motor. The boat is moored within walking distance of the house.

The house (top left in the above picture) has four double bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. A well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a large living area overlooking the fjord and garden. A small verandah is located directly off the living area. Satellite TV, free wireless Internet access, mini stereo with radio and CD player, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, clothes washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc. Wood burning stove (wood included) Parking avaliable at the house but the house is also perfectly situated for guests travelling by public transport. Please note that pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Prices are for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 16 yrs.

For more than 2 adults there is an extra charge of NOK 2100 per adult per week. For more than 2 children there is an extra charge of NOK 1050 per child per week.

Bed linen/towels NOK 90,- per person. Final cleaning NOK 600,-/NOK 800,- (over 4 persons)

Petrol for boat to be paid for by guests, can be provided if travelling without car. 5 liters NOK 100,-

Cot and high chair available free of charge.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

We require a 25% deposit with the balance to be paid 2 months prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

10% more than 70 days before arrival

25% 69 - 40 days before arrival

100% less than 40 days before arrival.
